Working with me will help you to harness your individual motivators, surpass life’s obstacles, build a plan for long-term success and achieve your specific goals.
My role as a coach is not to teach you (you’re already the expert of your own life), but to help you become your own life’s advocate.

What I Offer
1:1 Coaching Programme for 3 months progress
• Six 1:1 coaching session with me once every 2 weeks
• The 6 sessions will be an hour long
• 30-minute discovery call (free)
• Email + WhatsApp access to me between sessions
• Sessions are done online via Zoom
• Additional coaching exercises and tools as needed
